Can you believe it’s here already? Northwest Zinefest is this Saturday May 30th and we are all excited/nervous/terrified at Northwest Zinefest Towers. Just in case you haven’t heard of it, Northwest Zinefest is going to be a super nice FREE event at the Star and Garter in Manchester where you’ll be able to meet all your favourite zinesters and attend some fun workshops. We’ll be exhibiting some of the Salford Zine Library collection and gratefully accepting any new submissions to the library. We’ll also have some of our lovely new bags with us and you’ll be able to pick one up for a bargain £4.
We’ll be collecting donations to help pay towards the zinefest’s running costs and any profits we make will be pumped into paying for future Salford Zine Library/Northwest Zinefest events. If you’re not able to donate, then don’t worry! As I said up there ^ it’s free to come in and you can come and go as you like.
